Sisis Tractors Articulation and Weight Transfer systems:

The Sisis "Hydromain" tractors have been the mainstay of sports fields for decades,  due to these two features,  not available on any other tractor brand.  Current models of tractor retain the features that made "Hydromain" so popular over the years.

Articulation means that the tractor turns by swiveling the centre of the tractor body.  Unlike conventional tractors,  which turn by changing the angle of the front wheels like a car,  Sisis tractors do not damage the soft grass under the front wheels when the steering is moved - centre-articulation means that the wheels roll to compensate without damaging the turf-grass.

The weight transfer system is unique to Sisis as the 3-point hitch not only has the ability to lift the implement attached,  but can also transfer the weight of the rear of the tractor to the implement.  This ensures that machines such as aerators can be more reliably forced to penetrate heavily compacted ground.  Conventional tractors have to rely on the weight if the implement (or of sandbags placed on top of it!)
